Since IP Strategies International began in 2004 as intellectual property management consultants, we have served a variety of businesses. On every project we undertake, our most important objective is to relate with our client, and  to understand their core business and how the project takes it further. Dealing with a Competitor

Often our clients have everything they need to succeed, but just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. One such project began with a concern about a competitor attempting to muscle in on a new client's brand space. We worked with them for several months and the end result was truly spectacular. By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, we helped our client progress by leaps and bounds to remove any threat of legal action for trade mark infringement and secure its own space by having the competitor's registered mark cancelled as well as registering its own.

A Story of Success

We approached this online project especially carefully, as it was our first undertaking of this scale. We studied our client’s business  - what it relied on by way of intellectual property - to create a focused and effective solution. We then watched it explode. We began with an audit, documenting each item of intellectual property being used in the business. We also found disused items that were collecting dust while costing money to maintain. We loved working with this client, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.

Turning a New Page

Clients often approach IP Strategies International with little more than a vague idea of what they need.  This project was no different. We were able to jump right in and apply our expertise to show what they did and did not need to register. This provided them a cost-effective solution that helped retain cash for growing their business while protecting their designs.  Today, their business is doing exceptionally well, and we’re proud to have been part of the process.
